I completed my studies at an American university whilst living overseas in the historic and unique city of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I earned my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology from Webster University, Leiden. Prior to studying Counseling Psychology, I also earned degrees in Dental Hygiene and Business Management.
While I found my work as a dental hygienist rewarding, I craved the deeper connection and work that comes with therapy and coaching. To provide a more robust and holistic approach, I completed post-Masters training in EMDR and Integrative Nutrition.
In my free time, I enjoy film and theatre, reading, doing yoga, travel, knitting, painting, spending time with my family and friends, visiting theme parks, and cuddling with my dogs.
